Calling All Delray Citizens Who Want To Make A Difference

The Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is forming a new advisory board, the Redevelopment Advisory Committee (RAC).  In March, the CRA adopted Resolution 2023-03 creating RAC to advise the CRA Board regarding implementation of aspects of the Community Redevelopment Plan.  The general idea behind RAC is to incorporate more citizen input into CRA policies, budgets and projects.

RAC will have up to eight members serving who must own or rent residential property in the CRA district and may not serve on any other advisory board or committees while on RAC, including Homeowners Associations, Condo Owners Association, etc.  

There are eight subareas in the CRA, and the intent is to have one appointed member representing each area. Please click the link to learn where each area is on the CRA property map to see if you live in a CRA area.

RAC Members will not have voting powers in the CRA board but rather will be serving as an informational advisory capacity.  If you would like to be a part of this new and important advisory board, please click the link below for application.
